Declaration and payment of the TICGN and the CTA on gas sales
Some operations concerning energy and in particular transportation and delivery of gas are subject to specific taxes (CTA, TICGN…)
Suppliers not established in France must appoint a representative resident in France who is personally responsible for statements and payment of taxes.
The scope of our assistance :
- produce and submit the related declarations
- assume a complete fiscal representation with reporting
- carry out all necessary follow-throughs in accordance with the advisors of the suppliers (consultants and lawyers)
